Recipe- Ease Bloating
Take 2 tbsp Rose Best Unscented Body Butter.
Warm it for 30 seconds in the microwave.
Add 3 drops Peppermint essential oil (numbs pain, calms stomach muscle, eases cramps and stomach ache).
Add 4 drops ginger essential oil (reduces nausea and settles digestion).
Mix and blend thoroughly. Massage on areas of discomfort and some on the soles of your feet- across your arch and down.
