Refund policy
We put a lot of care into every bar of soap, butter, and balm we make. Because our products are handcrafted in small batches and meant for personal use, we can’t accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
If something isn’t right when your order arrives - wrong item, leaks, or obvious shipping damage - please email us at rosebest@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We’ll do our best to make it right with a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
This policy doesn’t limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection laws.
