By visiting RoseBest.com or purchasing any Rose Best™ product, you agree to follow these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

3. Personal Use Only
Our products are sold for personal, non-commercial use. Re-selling or repackaging without written permission is not allowed.
4. Orders, Payment & Pricing
  • Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice.
  • We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. Your card is charged when you place the order.
  • An order confirmation e-mail is proof we received your order; it is not final acceptance. We may cancel or limit quantities for any reason (e.g., suspected fraud). If we cancel, we’ll refund any payment you made for that order.
5. Shipping
We ship to U.S. addresses and any other locations listed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are just estimates; carriers sometimes run late. Title to the goods and the risk of loss pass to you once we hand your package to the carrier.
6. All Sales Are Final
Because our products are personal-care items made in small batches, all sales are final and non-refundable. Please inspect your delivery right away. If we send the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, email rosebest@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We’ll replace the item or issue store credit at our discretion.
7. Ingredient & Allergy Disclaimer
We list every ingredient on each product page and on the label. Always read them carefully. If you have sensitive skin or allergies, test a small patch of skin first. Our products are for external use only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a healthcare professional if you have any concerns.

Everything you see or read on RoseBest.com-text, photos, graphics, logos, and so on-is owned by Rose Best or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other laws.
