Fall delight
Pumpkin, ginger, and apple. The ginger is what keeps it from being a dessert. The color comes from real pumpkin puree with turmeric and paprika, so there is no dye in it despite the orange.
Pumpkin is a fragrance oil, not an essential oil, so this bar is from the Handcrafted line. There is no essential oil that smells like pumpkin.
Cold processed in small batches at my shop in Farmington, Michigan, then air dried for one month. Commercial soap is vat dried, which pulls the glycerin out. Air drying keeps it in the bar. Glycerin is a humectant, so it draws moisture toward your skin instead of stripping it.
Seasonal. It goes away when the season does.

Coconut Oil, Olive Oil, Shea Butter, Cocoa Butter, Rice Bran Oil, Castor Oil, Sunflower Oil, Sodium Hydroxide, Pumpkin Puree, Turmeric Powder, Paprika Powder.
Made without palm oil, dye, alcohol, parabens, SLS, or phthalates. Halal ingredients. Vegan and gluten free. Biodegradable.
How to use
Wet your skin, rub the bar on, and lather for a few moments before rinsing with warm water. Store it on a draining dish in a cool spot.

Questions
Will it stain?
No. The color comes from turmeric and paprika, and it rinses clean. It will not mark your washcloth, your towels, or your tub.
What is cold process soap?
Oils and butters are combined with lye, which triggers saponification. The lye is fully consumed in that reaction, so there is none left in the finished bar. I cure each batch for four weeks before it goes on the shelf.
Is it gentle enough for sensitive skin?
It is made without parabens, SLS, phthalates, or dye, which covers the most common irritants. Read the full ingredient list first if you have a known allergy.
How long does a bar last?
About three weeks if you keep it dry between uses. A bar sitting in a puddle goes much faster. We sell an alder wood soap dish for $5 that solves this.

Wet skin, rub soap on the body. Lather suds for a few moments before washing off with warm water. Store bar in a cool, dry place on a well drained dish to extend the life of your soap.
What is cold process soap?
Cold process soap combines oils and fats with lye to create soap through saponification, a natural chemical reaction. The lye evaporates during the process. This leads to a gentle soap. We cure the soap for 4 weeks before selling it which helps retain glycerin in the soap, a humectant that brings moisture to your skin.
Is cold process soap good for your skin?
Yes, cold process soaps are known for being gentler than commercial soaps because they do not contain harsh detergents and help maintain the skin’s natural moisture.
Are your soaps safe for sensitive skin?
Our soaps are made with natural, halal ingredients and are free from parabens, SLS, and phthalates, making them suitable for most skin types.
Can I use this soap on my face?
Yes, our soaps are gentle enough for both face and body, especially our Mango Papaya, Pumpkin, facial bar and turmeric soap. Papaya and Pumpkin both contain puree from the fruit which makes it extra gentle on the face.
What makes handmade soap better than store-bought soap?
Handmade soap retains natural glycerin and uses plant-based oils, while many store-bought soaps contain synthetic detergents that can dry the skin.
